Simply the BEST! I would give them 10 stars if I could. Outstanding work, outstanding service, outstanding quality, outstanding level of detail and outstanding people. Shadi, Rabee and team, not only sorted out my leak, they undertook a major project to repipe my home, fix electrics, paint , put up new storage space, carpentry work , fixing walls etc. The first time that I have seen any builder finish weeks ahead of schedule. They are extremely well organised and operate to the highest degree of precision.

After being quoted 3 times more for work that wasn’t needed at all, by other engineer, I spoke to Alex. He knew what the problem was and fixed it very quickly.

I was ever so happy with the work Trevor carried out. Not only was he reliable, professional and priced competitively but Trevor is a lovely individual and it was a pleasure to meet him. Would definitely recommend him.

Daniel responded very quickly to my emergancy call and came round promptly. He was able to replace the pipe very quickly. I left it a month before providing my feedback (just in case) and we haven't had any issues with the pipe that was replaced. Such a relief! I would recommend and would certianly use again.

James will be my first point of contact for all building and plumbing related works until he retire. After having multiple quotations, we decided to give this job (complete bathroom refurbishment & kitchen tiling). His quotation was reasonable, and after seeing the outcome - we feel every penny is worth. We have got a quote without having enough knowledge, and proper design. But James took care of everything, he did research, he came up with design & plan - finally it's looking far better than we thought.

Thank you for your response. With regard to budget the category "up to £100" is the lowest limit one can specify on this site, with regard to VAT there was never any suggestion that this should not be paid. My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.

Kyle misrepresented his credentials and failed to return to finish the job. He left me with a leaking cylinder and did not fit the compliant fire valve. This was 3 months ago and despite repeated efforts I can't get him to return and he has ghosted me. He also promised to certify the work but didnt. I believe this is because he is not a member of a CPS. He showed me a BPEC card but this is just to show he has done training , not that he is a member of a professional body. I am contacting trading standards

Ben is excellent. Patient, communicative, he does not give up on a problem easily and is generous to boot! This was a simple job, so there was not a great deal to judge them on. All I can say is that they were pleasant, arrived late, but worked quickly. The final job was perfectly satisfactory and the price was reasonable. I would use them again.
