We posted looking for a new fitter to try and rectify as many mistakes as possible. Alan used all his skill and experience to steadily transform the ruined kitchen into exactly what we had envisaged. I spoke with Costa on the phone shortly after the job was posted. He visited my home two days later. After his arrival, we openly discussed two possible types of fixings for the shelves, their exact position on the wall, and the price. I received a prompt response for my job posted. I had a leak in my bathroom and it was identified that the water was leaking through the silicon seal. The job didn't take that long to redo the silicon and only a part of silicon was removed and redone. In three weaks it again started leaking from the same area as it was not done properly. I wouldn't have worried paying £90 for that job if it had not occurred again. However, I had to hire someone to redo the silicon layer again. Which is a bit disappointing.

Still no reply from this company. I have no paperwork as proof of work done. I will struggle when selling. I cant believe they haven't followed through on after service. They hadn't even packed up- when I was practically frogged marched to the bank where I withdrew £4.500 cash and handed it over to Al... without an exchange of a receipt. still annoyed that the pictures of my house are up on their dashboard. I wouldn't recommend this company at all.
