Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.

After posting my job on a Saturday evening, he contacted me within 30 mins and agreed to come out Monday afternoon to look at my immersion heater which had stopped working. He arrived bang on time and after checking the cyclinder he confirmed a new 1 would be needed. He ordered a replacement the same day and fitted it as soon as it landed about 3 days later. Again he arrived to install it when he said he would and the price was v reasonable. Would definitely use again.
