I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials. My boiler broke in spite of a recent service and safety inspection. Bad enough, but not what you want in the winter. Charlie came the same day, didn’t charge emergency call out fees, and confirmed that last safety inspection was inadequate. The next day he came early and fitted a new boiler. I can recommend Charlie - he’ll clearly communicate the options, do a thorough job, focus on safety and charge a fair price.
