Guy came and after trying to change part told me I need new toilet. Went ahead and new unit fitted next day. Asked my wife for another £30 to take away old toilet, we said no, so he dumped (forgive pun) old toilet very close to front door. Left mess behind and exposed pipe in wall.

He went above and beyond what the job was supposed to be going a far as picking me up and taking me to select the goods needed to complete the job as I don't drive. Can''t recommend him enough.
