Norman and the guys turned up ready to work last Saturday morning and it was not long before they had the system drained and the old thermal store removed. They then began the complicated task of plumbing in an unvented hot water cylinder into the existing circuit. When they finished they diligently cleaned up and made sure everything was polished. Beware of this guy. He is dodgy. He contacted me to fix my boiler and never mentioned any cost. After visit he demanded £70 from me. However, I eventually gave him £20 and he promised to send me a quote for the job which never happened. After more than a week later I called him to ask about the quote and he claimed he has been trying to send it but it was not going so he believed I blocked him. When confronted him with the fact that I sent him a reminder about the quote he got angry and hanged the phone

Ben was originally due to visit the installation in order to provide an accurate quote but couldn't make the appointment so gave an acceptable quote without viewing the site. The work was carried out on a Saturday and Ben honoured his quote. Communication was very good and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.
