George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Happy with the work done, but it took much longer than expected as they arrived later than planned then cancelled a couple of days due to external issues. Like I said, the completed work is excellent.

Did a reasonable job of the actual repairs but hired scaffolders who left equipment blocking our garden gate, driveway and public path for over 6 weeks. Tom started ignoring calls and texts and wouldn't supply the contact details of the scaffolders. Only emailing Tom with a threat of reporting them to the HSE prompted any action. While Tom can't be held responsible for the scaffolders, his lack of communication or support was a huge letdown

John came out, gave me a quote and came out the following week. He took before and after pictures, which he showed me. I paid in cash with 6 that a receipt would be emailed to me that did not happen. 2. Weeks later, I rained, and I still had water coming in at the same place. Called him, and he said he would come out. After numerous calls and texts, I am still waiting. Not good customer service
