Job done speedily and the men were polite. Very satisfied with end result but reason it's not five star is the fact they requested to put the date arranged back by three days with very little notice. The original date was kept but the time altered.

Fraser came out to view the job when he said he would. During the waiting period he kept me updated on the eta. He and the men came on the Monday morning and worked all day, the same on Tuesday, Wednesday was rained off, Thursday and Friday. All the jobs were completed and to a high standard. Absolutely brilliant job. Can’t recommend them enough. Gave me a fair quote then when they pulled the shower out there was a lot of water damage but only charged a little bit more and not only that they fixed a lot of little things in my flat at no extra cost.
