Mike worked with his son Silas. What a really nice pair. Genuine, polite and got on with the job even though I asked for a few tweaks along the way. Ian was the only gas engineer to respond to my post & he did so very promptly. He carried out the work swiftly & efficiently. The gas fire required a new part which he ordered that day & he returned the next day to complete the work at a reasonable cost. Many gas engineers shy away from fixing gas fires, so finding Ian was a relief. He is diligent & reliable & I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him.
