I apologise for not having posted a rating before now. I thought I had already done so. Our loft conversion has transformed how we live.The cost was fair. The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice. I would use Roy again and have already recommended to others.

My first time using Rated People - I was impressed. Kevin arrived, on time, did most of the work (one part not yet delivered), and showed me it was all OK. He was pleasant, quick and efficient and I'd ask him again any time. In fact he's coming back for one more job soon !

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.

Excellent work carried out. Always in contact answering and solving any queries straight away. Great value for money. The flat roof made into a sloping roof with a sliding door and velux window has transferred the newly fitted kitchen which was installed. They did above and beyond. Would definitely recommend.

Very fair price, turned up quickly (as promised). Completed the repair, cleaned up after themselves (mopped, wiped, etc). Even helped to fix the main stopcock.

REUBEN WAS VERY PROMPT AT ARRANGING AND ATTENDING BOTH SITE VISIT AND START DATE. HIS WORK IS TO A VERY HIGH STANDARD WITH A LOT OF ATTENTION TO DETAIL WHICH CAN BE SEEN THROUGH THE SOLID OAK WORKTOPS HE FITTED. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Matt undertook a 4 month project which involved removing walls, installing flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, new radiators, windows, bifold doors. He was 100% reliable and was onsite daily, always happy to give guidance and advice and worked tirelessly to ensure our building went to plan. His work is of a high standard and he has a positive outlook making it easy to work with him and resolve issues. We are over the moon with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend Matt or use him again.

I needed a quick but complete bathroom refurbishment. After being messed about by 3 other plumbers, Andrei was the only person who seemed interested in the project. He was very thorough and made sure I was happy with the results. He was able to look at every part of the project (Flooring, bath & Toilet installment & tiling), and stuck to the budget and quote that was established.

I had Wojciech repair a persistent bathroom leak, and I’m very impressed! He was punctual, professional, and quickly identified the issue. He explained the repair process clearly and worked efficiently, leaving everything clean afterward. The leak is completely fixed, and the quality of his work is outstanding. Perfect job! Jason built me a beautiful wall in my garden. The weather was horrible but he managed to get it done and even sowed new grass seed where things had got super muddy. . I would certainly recommend him and use again.
