This was a large refurbishment job including structural work, quality carpentry, kitchen installation and final decoration and finishing. Identified all leak issues and suitable fix. However, the pond still leaks after a follow up visit. Going to pay the same money to get a full restoration from another contractor.

From initial no pressure quote which was the most reasonable by far out of all the quotations received, to the tradesmen who were extremely polite, tidy and completed all the work in a professional manner and on time and finally to the followup aftercare service provided by the foreman to make sure all was well and leak free (which we were and still are) and even arranged to fit and replace a few loose and broken tiles outside of the original agreed job.
