A quick, efficient and friendly set of guys. I had them in to clean and paint my mums fence, and then she asked them to do some jet washing and further painting around the garage. We do all aspects of bathrooms and minor building works, we take pride in our work and enjoy leaving the customers with a smile on their faces.
Our build prerequisites were to divide a room & close an open archway, build two extra walls, move steps and a handrail, put in two entrances with doors for the new build and paint & carpet this area. Matthew (MDCC Construction) was qualified and very helpful – giving us good advice. He is an honest, tidy and thorough builder, willing to accommodate the building manager's questions and happy to make amendments. We were thrilled with the speed and finish of this build, and we will definitely use them again.

I have good prices and my prime trade is plastering
I went with this person because I thought their price was really good but I got what I paid for. The plastering is all completely uneven, with gouges out of it it lots of places. Around the plug sockets was left as big holes so I had to go round and fill them all myself (about 10 sockets). The room was left in a complete state with plaster all over the floor and window. I was also told I would be sent an invoice, then on the day was asked over to pay by bank transfer before I had even seen the work.

Felix did a fantastic job at upgrading my Consumer board or the fuse box and provided me with the EICR report at the end. I was apprehensive at first as I spoke to so many electricians and got so much info mixed up. Felix is very experienced and explained with clarity, which put my mind at ease. Hi I have been a carpenter for about 20 years or so. I have worked both in first fix carpentry which includes framing, sub floors etc to second fox which includes architraves, skirting, flooring and hanging doors. Of recent years l have worked a lot as a cabinet maker so l am quite versatile. No job is too small, l will even come and put together some flat pack furniture for you or simply hang a shelf as l do realise not anyone has the tools or knows someone that can do a small job for them.
