The reason for my ratings is as follows:- I’ve rated 3 stars for quality as he didn’t really do much to rate. I’ve rated 1 star for price as £65 for 25 minute job is really poor considering part was only few pounds. Wouldn’t recommend this company as very expensive, only reason we used them was struggling to find anyone else.

Kidd supplied a very competitive quote and also advised us of the governments green deal cashback scheme which enables us to claim back a substantial amount of the boiler costs. All information given was followed up by email links for the boiler and the scheme. The installation was great, graham and andy were on time, very clean, tidy and professional, the new boiler is working well with a 10 year warranty, i would recommend Kidd Heating to anyone and have already done so with work colleagues and pals.

From the outset my wife & i found Colin very approachable,& knowledgeable & will take time to explain all forms of work being carried out. As with all projects there are unforeseen snags, Colin dealt with these in his stride, & always after discussing his proposals We found him very punctual & tidy, his standard of workman ship & finish is beyond question.I would strongly recommend Colin to anyone,& i will definitely keep his number for any works i may have in the future. Paul was great. He came out very quickly and dealt with my daughter’s door really well. It needed trimmed down due to carpets having been fitted. The carpet fitting squad couldn’t deal with the door as it wasn’t a standard internal one. It was particularly heavy and had a strong spring chain going into its side. Paul managed it fine. I’m very happy to recommend him.

Really pleased with Tony and the work he carried out. It was an urgent job that he completed the same day and we were back up and running late afternoon. Great value as he sorted ojt a couple of other things for us. Very friendly and easy to deal with. Very highly recommended.
