Craig got in touch quickly, gave me a rough estimate over the phone and answered all my questions. Surveyor arrived on time, gave instant quote. Price was good. George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. Good quote and communication about date for work. Start time confirmed for Monday 13th February at 9. I ordered all the things needed ready for the work. But, then he did not arrive and I phoned at three times with no answer and no response on Whatsapp since. No explanation why he did not turn up. This subsequently means my daughter is sleeping in front room until I can find someone else.

Henri did a first class job. The door was especially tricky as it had to be made in its entirety - not a ready made or standard door, but from panels and blocks of wood - and to look in period. The shelves also had to fit somewhat un-square Victorian alcoves. The finished items are really very good and extremely well made. I would recommend Henri without reservation.
A.JOHNSON PROPERTY SERVICES - We originally complained of the sub standard work carried out by the above the job that wasnt done to our satisfaction and the fear factor was used on us to have furher work carried out. The leak that was supposed to be repaired was not repaired, consequently we have rain still pouring through our ceiling. He also said its a wonder that the chimney stack had NOT fallen in. The WHOLE of the job took 2.5 hours. Full report is available with pictures should anyone wish.

They called me to book in a job and moved the job time twice in the same day and felt it was appropriate to come out at 8pm at night. I'd wasted my whole Saturday waiting in for a quote. Ironic considering the name of their company.

The quote was provided quickly and the work carried out on the arranged day. After giving time for the floor to harden I found it was very uneven and sloped in two directions. I have had to correct it by applying a floor screed. Also some rubbish was left in the rear access passage behind the houses. It was agreed that it would pick it up but it wasn’t so I had to remove it so it didn’t obstruct the alley way for my neighbours.
