Matt undertook a 4 month project which involved removing walls, installing flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, new radiators, windows, bifold doors. He was 100% reliable and was onsite daily, always happy to give guidance and advice and worked tirelessly to ensure our building went to plan. His work is of a high standard and he has a positive outlook making it easy to work with him and resolve issues. We are over the moon with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend Matt or use him again.

Perfect job! Jason built me a beautiful wall in my garden. The weather was horrible but he managed to get it done and even sowed new grass seed where things had got super muddy. . I would certainly recommend him and use again.

Our build prerequisites were to divide a room & close an open archway, build two extra walls, move steps and a handrail, put in two entrances with doors for the new build and paint & carpet this area. Matthew (MDCC Construction) was qualified and very helpful – giving us good advice. He is an honest, tidy and thorough builder, willing to accommodate the building manager's questions and happy to make amendments. We were thrilled with the speed and finish of this build, and we will definitely use them again.

Jason and colleague replaced a external garage door for us also a internal door in the kitchen. We were very pleased with there work and we would highly recommend Jason and will definitely use them again.

Thanks to Alpha Home Developers, did very neat and clean job, Tiles look very good in level and all grout lines are in same width in level. Very best quality of work. Very friendly nature and cooperative. Did very quick service on time. Highly recommend to all and for any future work I'll definitely contact Mr Inder

Dan and his team were truly exceptional from start to finish! A very talented and highly professional team that made sure we were actively engaged on every step of a large project, covering nearly every trade possible, with one clear and obvious intention - to make all of our aspirations come true. Martin was quick to make contact with me and arrange a time to quote. He came to my house with his wife and they were able to give me really good advice and a quote on the spot which was appreciated. I didn't use Martin on this occasion more due to my own timings then anything else but would certainly look to contact him in the future for any other jobs required.

Hired this tradesperson all went well for a short time - his team walked out on him and he could not get the appropriate trades to complete various stages of the build - after complaining about the constant delays he stated he would not come back and is now in breech of his contract- due to his inability to obtain the relevant tradespeople his plumbing “expertise” has now caused a leak underneath our newly fitted kitchen floor! Which we are having to pay to repair! Disgraceful!

Our quote was higher than others as we quoted to coat the stairs three times with a high quality varnish because they were in such a bad way, however the customer did not want to pay for this so we kindly matched the other quote, and this was only to put one coat of mid range varnish on. As with all previously painted low grade pine to achieve a good even finish you need to build on the layers and this customer did not want to pay for this. On finishing this job we had advised the customer that additional coats were needed and offered to do them at a reduced price. The flooring as mentioned by the customer is good and we also matched a lower quote for this.

Dan did a fantastic job fitting our Ikea kitchen worktops. He was very friendly, his work was excellent and his quote was very reasonable indeed. We would highly recommend him and would happily get him to do work for us again.
