Jack was extremely reliable, friendly and hard working. The job carried out was first rate and at a fair and reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to use jack again in the future or recommend his firm to others.

John turned up promptly, took time and equipment to inspect indoors how damp was getting in from roof and explain possible causes, then quick to get ladder to the roof to investigate further. He explained everything, took photos up on the roof with his phone, and his advice and quote seemed reasonable and not pushy. Came back in a day, did all the work up on the roof which turned out to be a lot more than he thought (reconcrete parapet wall) but honoured price, came back again to replace tiles too. Top man.

Great job, done to a very professional standard. The lads always turned up on time and were able to help with some unforeseen issues caused by a damp wall and flooring. The original job was for a kitchen refit but they were able to help us with all the other problems with no extra hands required.

John responded immediately! Full of advice! Went out of his way to not only provide options to internal bathroom problem. but also extremely helpful with spotlight difficulties! They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.

Jamie installed led lighting in the kitchen and dining room, along with a central light fitting. He arrived promptly, did an excellent job and was polite, easy-going and helpful throughout. Really happy to recommend him and will definitely use his services again.

George and his team did a superb job at our house. Hired paul to reconfigure my kitchen. He did not complete the job and walked out after 3 weeks leaving numerous jobs unfinished. Many things they did have had to be redone, the finish was shoddy and I don't think he knows what a right angle is. Would obviously not recommend, other tradesmen that have seen his workmanship have told me to report him to trading standards. He left me with a half finished job, saying he was not able to achieve the level of finish I was looking for.
