We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked. I can't recommend Tom highly enough. He's a lovely friendly chap and supremely good at what he does. He put up 4 pairs of new curtains and the poles as well as taking down the old ones.
