We have a small freindly team of mature qualified trades people, and offer free advice and estimates. We will provide a full specification, clearly showing all work included in our estimate. We hold Public Liability insurance to protect your family and home and we are tidy workers, who share a pride in good workmanship. We can offer: A comprehensive easy to understand estimate. A guaranteed duration of time on your project. A minimum where necessary of 2/3 men at work 5 days a week. A responsible foreman on site, contactable during normal working hours. The price we quote is the price you pay. Stage payment plans offering you complete control over finances. NO upfront payments. We can if required, work alongside your own professional team.

the worst job ever i have seen i hired anthony as a professional to do some finishing touches on venetian plaster but he didnt do it he took a deposit then he disappeared for three weeks telling stories that he was sick or he didn't have time when he finally came to do the job he did it even worse than before came with one can of filler and made my walls a ugly color arguing that they couldn't be done better didn't return the deposit! i don't recommend it to anyone, do not pay deposit this person

He has done a really good job rendering the walls and would recomend him to anyone needing rendering. Note, he is not a rip off merchant like some Ive come accross

Spencer at Pocock Developments project managed our work very well. From the fully detailed quote, to advising on any pricing changes and providing some extra plastering work - got to say everything was managed smoothly and transparently, and the one hiccup over the roof tiles was put right quickly. Plus we appreciated Myron and Ivan's eye for detail and managing their work around the weather. Our two dormers look great, so thanks Pocock Development and we'd definitely use them again ????
