I couldn't praise this builder/ landscaper enough, highly professional with great workmanship at a reasonable price. Always consulted with me to clarify any design issues. First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.

When I first asked Christopher to help improve our garden I have to admit that it was a neglected space in need of huge amounts of tlc. Christopher has an artist's eye and he could immediately see our garden's potential. He made excellent suggestions and really took the time and care to identify what could be done to transform our garden space. In five days Christopher and Ricky totally transformed our garden into a truly beautiful and magical place. Christopher is a genius gardener who works miracles.

Roger and his crew achieved a complete fire door and frame (with fitments) replacement in a single day. They left my flat clean and tidy and were away by 3.15pm. Great work

Exceptional service. Lee came to quote same day, was charming and polite and understood the job and my budget requirements instantly, starting work promptly the following week painting my entire flat in time for rental viewings. He collected and returned the keys to a different address for my convienicenc, sourced the paint and communications were faultless the whole way through. And the finished product is excellent. Lee is brilliant and I will absolutely be using Intelligent Property Developments again.

John did a fantastic job creating a pocket door and stud wall to form a new office space. He was considerate throughout, ensuring minimal disruption and keeping everything tidy. The two guys that came, were, quick, clean, polite, took extra rubbish for no extra money, kept in contact throughout the day, recommend highly, will use again, good thing is they are part of a team that do most work that needs to be done in or out of the house. Very happy.

James Butler also trades as CGS Landscapes. He paved my driveway with poor quality slabs in September 2024 blaming the manufacturer and not himself. More broken slabs has been replaced by him 3 times in 6 months. He has refused to respond to my calls. He texted back calling me. STUPID when I texted him to say I will report him to RatedPeople and the authorities. More slabs broke 2 days ago. Sent him the picture. He simply texted back: MOVED TO DEVON NO LONGER WORKING. Please don’t hire James Butler.

I recently had all three of my bathrooms renovated by Sydney, and I’m extremely pleased with the results.
