We hired Neil to plaster our lounge. Unfortunately he has left us with an uneven ceiling and at the time of payment it was difficult to see the finished job whilst the plaster was wet. We had a painter and decorator out to finish our room and he remarked about the finish. We phoned Neil and he did return, he also agreed the job was not up to standard. He offered to re do the room, however the painter had finished the room, so we asked Neil for a partial refund. After many phone calls this has not happened.

NMB have renewed my faith in builders! Nevin came to quote my job and we spent a good 2 hours planning every aspect of the project. He was very thorough and it is clear that he genuinely cares about his work! When the time came I was anxious about having workmen in my house however Eddie and Liam were a pleasure to have in my home. I really cannot praise their work enough. i am a self employed plumbing heating engineer, i carry out all my own gas, boilers/heating. tiling, plastering and general plumbing, i work closely with a qaulified electrician, so 1 call should be all you require for all aspects of home improvement.
