I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Keith and team did an excellent job replacing a rotten window sill and repairing some rot in the window frame. From minute one Keith had a “Can-do” attitude and was confident a high quality repair would be possible when many others before immediately said the entire window needed replaced. The result was excellent and I’d highly recommend.

TTO completed a large kitchen renovation in our house. The standard that they have completed it to is fantastic. Their attention to detail, flexibility and work ethic is excellent, no job is too big or too small. I would honestly never have anyone do any work on our property. I would give more stars if I could.

A nice guy, who did the job, but I was glad to see leave!Substantially under estatimated the time the job would take. Despite being home, he made poor decisions without communicating with me e..g. initially fitted handrails stupidly , intended on leaving base of initial hadraill, left bricks on drive (despite advising him of attempted break in) expected me to get rid of waste, asked4payment mid way through (an intended 2 day job). Asked for more money after job was done, despite agreeing the price at outset

An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient.
