I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. You can talk openly with them and they can also provide good advice that meets your personal budget and expectations. I have been in property development for 15 years and I have dealt with excellent tradesmen as well as bad tradesmen. I can categorically say that Shawn is one of the best tradesmen I have dealt with. He provided me with very competitive quote, completed job when he said he would and his finish is brilliant. If I could add 10 stars, I would. Martyn,Russ and their team have done a First class job on my kitchen, at a reasonable all in price. All completed in about 10 working days. Martyn came and prices my job and I thought I had a good idea as to design, however his experience guided me to amendment that would enhance and improve the layout. A start date was agreed and right from the start everyone arrives on time and completed a FULL days work and no one left BEFORE the site was clean and swept. THANK YOU.

Phil was great with the job we wanted done in our utility room. It was delayed slightly due to late delivery of some of the supplies, but Phil stayed on top of that and kept me informed with updates whenever he got them. Mark did an excellent job removing an old shower enclosure and installing a new. larger and more suitable one. For one plumbing project, he felt it better to get someone with the appropriate skills - he sorted that out and found a good person to do that job. Mark was friendly, punctual and cleaned up well at the end of the project.

Hi I’m Joe of JAS Property Maintenance and also JSB Bespoke metal and woodwork. I have recently gone back to working on my own but I have been in the building trade since I was young working with family members then to college to pass my brickwork picked up a lot along the way working with many trades which I find makes me unique as I can come in and do most things you may need. The metal and woodwork side has been the more recent years even though I still did the building and house renovating on weekends but I can make gates, fencing, security bars, fancy art products and much more. Alex has completely refurbished my bathroom and i am thrilled with the result. Alex is very skilled and his work is excellent. He takes pride in what he does, and his attention to, and the care he takes with the smallest details, are not seen so often these days. Alex is obliging and helpfull with advice, and will consult his customer on details. He gets on with the job and does not mind staying late until he's finished what he is doing and cleans up before he leaves. He is a very pleasant man.
