I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. I have over 35 years experience working in the carpentry industry and am able to work in both sectors, of carpentry and joinery. For the last three years I have been working with a local company, building Victorian Glass houses and sadly the owner has made the decision to retire. We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked. His attention to detail was brilliant, he worked quickly and kept us up to date with the projects development with pictures. Nothing was too much trouble, and we couldn't be happier with the completed job. In fact we have divided this project in two, phase one is now done and we will start phase two early next year. Colin and team took on a tough job refreshing a top floor bathroom and adding in a shower to a compact space with low eaves,. Despite encountering a few surprises (lack of isolation valves, dead pigeons etc) the job was done in good time and on budget.. Colin worked with me to provide options on fitments to suit style & budget and was honest when I was better off purchasing direct rather than through him. The job wasn't rushed and the finish is excellent. Also took on some external wiring work as well.
