Unfortunately on two occasions now Grant has agreed to attend a job and not shown up. After the first time, I gave him the benefit of the doubt. That was a mistake. It’s a shame as he seems like a nice guy who does a good job, but if it’s reliable you’re after, I’d go elsewhere.

He provided me with very competitive quote, completed job when he said he would and his finish is brilliant. His way of dealing with customers is clam and professional.He did not ask me for penny upfront and all was paid after he invoiced me having finished the job.

However the damage incurred by the snow turned out to be less extensive than first thought and I did not need to proceed with this. Arrived within 30 mins and quoted, he didn’t have the correct part and had to go and get one for us, it was discontinued, but he returned with a solution and fixed the toilet making it a duel flush! Was more expensive than I had hoped, but we were off to a funeral and had a big gathering coming the next day, so it was sorted. Alin understood the urgency and did his absolute best.

Apologies that it has taken this long to rate, Adrian arrived on time and quickly got to work and diagnosed the problem promptly, it was only a small issue we had but it had been rather annoying to live with so was very happy when our heating controls were back up and running within the hour.
