I asked for tree removeing in the price quoted but was charged an extra 80£ for tree taking away not too happy with that .but the work done was excellent they worked very hard and did the job very quickly .would use again but with set price .

To be honest, after having called a few companies for quotes (not through rated people) I was a bit sceptical when John Wallis of Silver Fern Landscaping contacted me for a quote... how wrong I was. From the very start John was professional, he came to quote me on time, quoted me a fair price on time, and started the job, on time. His work is excellent and far exceeded my expectations. After waiting three weeks to see how the new lawn progressed I can say that it is as good as I hoped at this stage. The job from contact to now has been excellent with the work starting on time and finished in one day as promised. Honest, genuine, very hard working. Importantly, highly trustworthy. Although a relatively new company they have good skill and detailed knowledge of plumbing tiling carpentry etc. We used Elm property services for a full bathroom renovation and a full cloakroom renovation. We will be using them again and can't recomend them highly enough. Great job. Thank you.

Andrea and his team were excellent. He is very reliable, efficient and hard working. He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. He got back to me quickly and the whole job took less than 2 weeks from me posting to completion. I would definitely recommend this company and I’m sure I will ask him to do other jobs for me.

Graham and Dave have completed my job in full and to a really high standard. The quote given was competitive and no unforeseen extras added. They left the work area clean and tidy. I would recommend Cheslett Property Maintenance and I will hopefully be using them soon to complete my project.
