Jamie and his team provided an excellent service throughout. They were friendly, professional and kept me informed every step of the way. They attended my house for initial inspection when agreed and were able to complete my work the very next day. Lee and his team did a great job on replacing our roof - scaffolding was up and everything renewed within a few days. Communication was good and we got updates about when the work was happening and when the team would be arriving. They worked almost without stopping each day even though it was freezing weather, left everything tidy and disposed of waste, and showed us pictures of progress and the completed roof. Really happy with their work and it's good to have peace of mind with a big job done.

Contacted very promptly. Very easy to communicate with. This was a communal repair with my neighbour. Unfortunately we did not use this Company as unknown to me my neighbour had already contacted another local roofer she knew. Based on communication and discussion I had with Pat about our job would highly recommend. Thanks again for your time.

Pat came really promptly for a quote and gave a good price and did the work within the week. Brilliant job - great to deal with - very friendly and just got on with it and got it done. Made my life very easy. I'll definitely be calling on GP Property Maintenance again for other jobs. Would highly recommend. Thanks Pat.

John came out, gave me a quote and came out the following week. He took before and after pictures, which he showed me. I paid in cash with 6 that a receipt would be emailed to me that did not happen. 2. Weeks later, I rained, and I still had water coming in at the same place. Called him, and he said he would come out. After numerous calls and texts, I am still waiting. Not good customer service

If i could have given half a star i would have. I was told that my work would have taken 5 days to complete we are now into our 3rd week and it is no way near finished. They were turning up at lunch time and leaving at 5 or starting at 11 and finishing at 2.15. So we got fed up with it and told them to leave. Would definitely not recommend

The plumber Completed my bathroom, there was a leak under the bath. I called the plumber and he said he would be here on Friday to fix it. After a week I am still waiting. Been calling and texting the guy everyday but no reply. Terrible service from them!

Very Happy with the work done guys worked hard and Hugh was Happy to answer any questions I had. Hugh was very knowledgeable and friendly and job was done to a very good standard. I would have no hesitation in hiring him again

They replied quickly and commenced work 2 days after receiving quote. Turned up on time farther an son working together very polite. Whole job cost £900 for painting and some rendering of front and back of terraced house and there was a few bits of woodwork which was overlooked. It took them two days and it seemed to be rushed at end so hence the overlook of arch by front door.
