Most flat roofs can be done in one single sheet with no need for any joins. The membrane has a life expectancy of 40+ years. I hired 5 Star Luxury Drives & Patios to install a patio in my back garden & to renew the path down the side of my house & to my front door & rear gate. A great team & they've done a fantastic job, absolute top notch. They put the hours in everyday & got the job done on time & to budget. I was kept informed on how it was progressing all the while & the finished product is a work of art. I can't recommend them enough.
