The basic work was done, but I’d agreed with mark that he does a number of other pieces of work because the price I’d agreed with him was too much for resetting of 30 or so bricks. Best avoid these people! The quote doubled once the arrived. The standard of work left my roof with a bigger leak than before they arrived! They deliberately bodged the work to look ok from the ground but once you looked at from a ladder, you could easily see that they had not replaced the concrete that I had paid for. I ended up paying £1700 for 6 pan tiles and a quick wipe of concrete. When I contacted them about this, they said that they had fixed my leak and any further work would cost more!
