Colin and team took on a tough job refreshing a top floor bathroom and adding in a shower to a compact space with low eaves,. Despite encountering a few surprises (lack of isolation valves, dead pigeons etc) the job was done in good time and on budget.. Colin worked with me to provide options on fitments to suit style & budget and was honest when I was better off purchasing direct rather than through him. The job wasn't rushed and the finish is excellent. Also took on some external wiring work as well.

Dan delivers (very) good work for a fair price and he is reliable (good communication, shows up on time), very service-oriented, tidy and a very friendly & pleasant person. He's done several jobs for us now and I would certainly ask him back,

James is a pleasant young man whose standard of workmanship is very good. He understood the requirements of the job - transforming a very ugly toilet into an inviting one - he worked very hard to meet expectations - to which he succeeded. James came to repair my sash window. He did an excellent job in repairing the cord including other works on the window that was required. These are old windows and he was careful with them. He was fast, clean and efficient. He explained what he was doing, asked me to try the window to make sure it was to my satisfaction before he left. Job well done.

Kris & his team have been an absolute pleasure to work with on our kitchen extension project over the last few months. They have been professional and friendly, with a great attention to detail. First time using Rated People and it was first class great online communications and follow up processes. Mike Baker was first rate from initial call back through to completion. Took time to talk through requirements, meet on site to survey and estimate the work, providing a clear cost and timescale.
