George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. I had a lot of work done today - curtain rails put up, a rather drastic painting and filling in job to be done in the main room where an old fashioned radiator had been taken out, etc. The painting job was of real concern to me as this is a newly refurbished flat with no clue left as to what shade was used on the walls, but the match is faultless. Simply great, came round took notes, went through all we wanted, gave quote including materials, required 50% up front rest on completion, turn up as agreed, said it would take a week but done in 4 days! We added a few minor things as we remembered them but no hassle, added them in. Very happy with results.

We needed some buttresses built to support a garden wall. Fred was able to provide very practical help and advice which we were more than happy to act upon.
