Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. This company is dishonest. Stupidly I paid for this job before it was finished and have been conned. They turned up 3 hours late, did 2 hours work and left early. They insisted on being paid up front saying "don't worry we'll come back to finish the job, if we didn't a bad review would kill our business". We arranged a date to come back and finish the work and they never turned up, wasting my day. They've now stopped answering calls. Next step is contacting trading standards.
