Ben was exceedingly speedy in contacting me on a Thursday afternoon & had diagnosed my faulty boiler shortly after arriving. He was able to source the necessary parts and completed the repair on the Sunday morning although was willing to do this earlier. The boiler has been running very smoothly ever since. Ben demonstrated professionalism & knowledge. Will use again although hopefully not too soon!

The work carried out was to refit a new bathroom in a different configuration. The work was completed to a good standard and we're really happy with the final look. Lee and his team were very friendly and kept tidy and clean throughout. The work did take a little longer than anticipated but this did not compromise the quality of finish. Seem very professional with the work completed in a timely manner but radiators went back to faulty original state after 2 months. Professionalism is just a front. Should have at the very least 3 months guarantee. When asked why the radiators were faulty after 2 months via email, they advised they would call the following morning to discuss and didn't. Attempted contact through email several times and no response. Completely ignored. Avoid unless you want to throw your money away.
