Rod turned up on time and promptly carried out a thorough investigation to pin point the source of the problem. Not true. I asked him what time was suitable for him and he said 12 noon. I texted him at 1.15 and called him at 2.30. He texted me to say he was on a difficult job. No further communication was had from him.
