Alan was a star. He sorted out a mould problem in my shower room which he discovered had come from a leak in the flat upstairs. Nothing was too much trouble. insisted on sealing around conservatory roof with silcone sealant instead of fitting flashing even after repeatedly asking for flashing to be fitted, when roof inevitably leaked would not return to rectify and not returning phone calls/texts
