All aspects of painting undertaken including Refurbishments, Domestics, New Builds, Commercial. All types of paper hanging. All types of paints used for the right substrates. Brush and roller painting. Paint spraying with the use of every type of set up.

My career in roofing began in 1978, predominately on new build developments. In 1987, although continuing with the new builds, I began to branch out into domestic roofing. This included re-roofs, extensions, repairs and leak investigation. Alongside this, in 2010 I took a Contracts Manager position with a national roofing company, In this role I am responsible for the labour and materials required for various developments in the South East. It is also part of my role to oversee the customer service team. My contacts within the industry enable me to obtain very competitive prices on materials. I also have a large labour resource to carry out even the bigger jobs.

Whilst I had noticed that Fred seemed to have more recommendations for gardening / landscaping of late - Fred didn't disappoint. Fred is an experienced brickie (see earlier comments), and whilst not a massive job (brickwork up to DPC on two seperate bases) - was impressed with his work. He is easy to get on with, turned up on time and will be someone I will be happy to recommend / work with again. Thanks Fred, appreciated.

Jim agreed to tackle a very difficult job - putting a VERY heavy liner (Wallrock) on a ceiling to cover a crack in the ceiling. Over the course of three days he turned up on time and got on with the work. The results are excellent - far exceeding our expectations. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jim (and have already done so to a number of friends). Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. It has been great to find guys that actually seem to have pride in what they do and I would recommend them very highly.
They turned up exactly when they said they would (at 7pm so I didn't even have to interrupt my working day) worked quickly and efficiently in pouring down rain, and got rid of a load of unwanted rubble and wood, transforming a section of my garden. Great work, good value.
