Parsa and the team were quick to discuss the job and come to do the work. However, there was miscommunication between Parsa and the team member doing the job (eg height of tiles). Furthermore, the reason for the one star review is that the job was poorly executed. Backing board was not used for part of the work, and was not fixed elsewhere. Within three days, edge tiles came off and bowing of countertop tiles was visible. Parsa did not reply to follow up communication. Paid another tiler to redo the job.

Of course people may want to do this themselves and I can happily work with provided materials if that is your wish. Each job is different and has its own challenges but with my imagination and experience I transform homes. I am also a trained decorator and provide a high standard of finish. These two decorators were just brilliant they respected my property and us, we are nearly 80yrs old and they were marvellous with us. Asked our opinion whether we were happy with what they were doing all along the job, which we were couldn’t have worked better. No paint on the carpets quite old skirting boards brought to life with careful painting and took the trouble to do a great job just as if it was their own house! Don’t have any qualms just employ them with confidence!
