A pretty good job was done, but they charged a lot of money to say they were only onsite for 3.5 hours. They also didn’t re-sand in between the joists as I would have expected.

one of the best carpenters i had. Old houses are tricky and unlike others Andryi privileges doing the job well over doing the job quickly and then disappearing . Endrit and his team were wonderful to work with - friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble for them, despite me changing aspects of the kitchen renovation and install during the process.
