Thanks for having a look at us on rated people, we are a property maintenance company, that specialise in converting garages and garden buildings into offices, gyms, mancaves, bedrooms and pretty much anything you would like to use your space for. We will manage the entire project with in house electrician, roofer, joiners etc. We also specialise in flat roofing, mainly EPDM rubber roofs and GRP. AVOID. Job: Replace leaky leaky asbestos garage roof, replace garage door, increase roof height, board the interior and fit electrics for lighting and power points. Hired as seemed like a nice guy, was helpful during the quoting process. However job is a disaster. Waste of £4k - Garage roof leaks - Walls leak - Boarding basically thick cardboard and now soggy - Garage door won't close - Screws poking out everywhere - Unsafe for electrics Not responding to my texts or answering my calls.

We cannot express how grateful we are to Billy & Oli who have come in & transformed our house. We are renovating the entire house, and they are true professionals working to an incredibly high standard and to a very fast pace always with a smile. They have restored our ceiling beams so they are unrecognisable and the paintwork is amazing. I cannot recommend them enough. Good old fashioned workmanship.

Adam had literally called and came to see me in within an hour of me posting the job up., He quoted and came back the same afternoon., although he came across some challenges by the previous workerleft he dealt with it fast and efficiently. Did not waste any time, left everything very tidy and even did an extra wee add on job for me. Reliable - priced excellently., Lovely guy, did what he promised in no time.
