We chose Buildway to do this important work at our house replacing a 42 year old timber balcony. Bill came over and gave us a very thorough assessment of the options and then produced a fair quote for the work. The dates were agreed and stuck to. The job threw up some complications that couldn’t have been foreseen and they were handled professionally by the team. First class. Arrived punctually, replaced blocked down pipe and corner piece of gutter. Cleaned the inside and outside of entire gutter going the dxtra mile to clean the gutter abov the conservatory which no one else has managed to reach since being installed about 30 years ago. Reasonable price as well. Absolutely delighted with the result. Also followed up the work with a courtesy call to check all was well. I would recommend them to anyone

People all lovely:Val, very good at explaining the process, inspiring confidence with no hard sell, then Carl and Jamie, the most cheerful chaps to have around, very polite and considerate, nothing too much bother - completed ivy removal for me, hard- working and always ready to answer questions . Did their best with clear-up but still a lot of paint spatter everywhere despite their efforts. The finish not exactly what I had hoped - you may need to limit your expectations if you've got pebbledash.

These guys were amazing , one of my sash window dropped out , they collected it within a day and delivered and fitted back within two weeks! Fair price considering the size and will be asking them back to refurbish others!
