Communication was good and we got updates about when the work was happening and when the team would be arriving. We used these guys to do a lot of work in our house over the last 6 months. Most of the work has been excellent. There were a number of issues with our hallway that caused delays of over 6 weeks and cost us financially, some we feel are issues they could have foreseen and mitigated but didn’t, hence the 3 stars.
