James Butler also trades as CGS Landscapes. He paved my driveway with poor quality slabs in September 2024 blaming the manufacturer and not himself. More broken slabs has been replaced by him 3 times in 6 months. He has refused to respond to my calls. He texted back calling me. STUPID when I texted him to say I will report him to RatedPeople and the authorities. More slabs broke 2 days ago. Sent him the picture. He simply texted back: MOVED TO DEVON NO LONGER WORKING. Please don’t hire James Butler.

Easy to do business with. Job quality was very good and the quote was highly competitive. James was generally very responsive to messages to deal with any issues that arose. There were very few of these and were dealt with quickly. Strongly recommend.

Jack from Quality Property Decor did a really good job! He painted around my front door, and the porch, and also re did the front window-sill. He was pleasant and went above and beyond, and painted the top of my wall and under the window! He was very efficient. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely use him again.

Alain did a fantastic job fixing the paintwork in our bathroom (ceiling and walls). He was able to advise on the correct paint to use and worked super quickly over the 2 days he was with us. He was super knowledgeable and extremely attentive to detail, making sure to leave a high quality finish in terms of decoration - and he came back afterwards to address a few small things that needed doing. Montel did an excellent job giving the carpets in all four bedrooms, the stairs and the landing of our house a deep clean. He even managed to remove some long standing stains. His fee is moderately priced and he was prompt even though he came from afar to do this job. I also hired him for a secondary job painting our master and kids bedrooms and he nailed that job too. I highly recommend him.
