Mark of MJWD provided a competitive quote for the refurbishment of my garden which involved re-fencing, soil removal, full paving and associated drainage and also creation of steps. While carrying out the work, amendments were needed to achieve the desired end result which required additional materials and labour - these were discussed and competitive quotes for these additional works agreed as we went along. We were held up a few days by the weather initially, but once things were underway I was very happy with how things progressed. Leighton recently completed a variety of work on our roof, including replacing all battens, installing membrane lining, lead flashing and re-bedding ridge tiles. He is a pleasant, reliable, knowledgeable and efficient worker, also an excellent communicator and problem solver. He and his team always left the site tidy at the end of each day. When a small issue occurred some weeks later, he came the same morning and sorted it out immediately. We thoroughly recommend him for any roofing/gutter work.
