Gareth and his team were amazing and professional throughout. He was very knowledgable regarding the options available to us. All work was completed quickly and efficiently. Gareth kept in contact with us throughout our garage renovation and even kept in touch afterwards to check everything was ok for the fitment of the garage door. The basic work was done, but I’d agreed with mark that he does a number of other pieces of work because the price I’d agreed with him was too much for resetting of 30 or so bricks. But before I knew anything about it he’d taken down the scaffolding and packed up claiming he’d done everything possible. I’d paid handsomely for a days work, I got a couple of hours max. Generally though, mark is a pleasant fellow,

Poor quality work, had to get it re-done. Did not remove bamboo root as asked, hid it inside a raised bed along with lots of rubbish. Poor brickwork on raised bed - didn't even notice had changed from stretcher bond until I pointed out the mess. Patio & path had wobbly slabs (turns out they had laid it without a sub base) & when I asked them to re-do they didn't turn up to finish the job. Hassled for money as they went along, unfortunately I paid most of it. Had to use the remainder to get it done right.

Didnt turn up to quote twice. Then only wanted to do the part of the job not requiring planning approval. Tried to talk me into getting the work done then putting in the drop kerb at a later date (pointless as I still wouldnt have any legal access to the drive!) not that I had any confidence in him returning to do the 2nd part anyway. Would not hire this company.
