Jack from Quality Property Decor did a really good job! He painted around my front door, and the porch, and also re did the front window-sill. He was pleasant and went above and beyond, and painted the top of my wall and under the window! He was very efficient. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely use him again.

The job was done well... but the timekeeping could have been better
we are a family run business with over 40 years of experience in the building trade. we specialise in traditional design and renovation work, interior and exterior including all areas of roofing work. Drone inspection surveys are also available if required. we have worked on a number of listed buildings over the years that have needed underpinning work carried out on them and new drainage systems installed. the worst job ever i have seen i hired anthony as a professional to do some finishing touches on venetian plaster but he didnt do it he took a deposit then he disappeared for three weeks telling stories that he was sick or he didn't have time when he finally came to do the job he did it even worse than before came with one can of filler and made my walls a ugly color arguing that they couldn't be done better didn't return the deposit! i don't recommend it to anyone, do not pay deposit this person

Although the job ultimately took a few days longer than initially estimated, Russell did a excellent job which I am very happy with; he worked hard and ensured the job was completed as soon as possible; I intend to use Russell again for some painting and decorating.

He's a middle man; does not do any work; got others to do it like a plumber, then a tiler the next day; slow work made worse when someone messed up or did not show up. Ali only shows to deliver materials or check work. Quick to reply when wanting the job. Slow/no response once job starts thinking you wont cancel. Materials I paid not returned; take every receipt and check you keep/use every item as he will even for wipes/tape

Ivars was a great find and the only one I have met who offered a referral upfront, who on contacting gave me confidence in his work. I had a new staircase installed and he quoted me a competitive price and stuck to it. Managed some additional finishing work at a decent price too. He was on time, pleasant and tidy. Would have no troubles using again.

He was very good at the job and finished on time etc. The one thing I found slightly annoying was the urgency to finish the job and get the money, ie insisting that he paints the fence even though it was forecast to almost certainly rain that day and receiving multiple calls from his wife etc to our pressure. Overall though I am pleased with the end result and will use him again if given a chance
Michael of Cytrek done a great job of restoring some of my rotten external window cills by removing the rotten wood and replacing it with new wood, plus filling, making them look virtually like new after he finished decorating them. He also done some Guttering and Roof repairs for me.
