A quick, efficient and friendly set of guys. I had them in to clean and paint my mums fence, and then she asked them to do some jet washing and further painting around the garage. I have good prices and my prime trade is plastering
I went with this person because I thought their price was really good but I got what I paid for. The plastering is all completely uneven, with gouges out of it it lots of places. Around the plug sockets was left as big holes so I had to go round and fill them all myself (about 10 sockets). The room was left in a complete state with plaster all over the floor and window. I was also told I would be sent an invoice, then on the day was asked over to pay by bank transfer before I had even seen the work.

Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. Came very quickly and completed the job (like-for-like electric shower replacement) satisfactorily, my only gripe is the price/cost. Said it would be about £250 - £350 at the start, on completion of the job the price had gone up to £480 and he wanted it in cash. Not much I could do when the job's finished and the guy's standing in the house wanting to be paid. On reflection I feel I have been overcharged and should have waited for the other responses to come in but needed it doing.

I'm afraid that Alex DECORs had to return to site as he had over-drilled into the brickwork and the metal gate hinges started to fail after 2 weeks! . I even had to spend another £16 on strong adhesive to complete the repair. Incompetent. And he refused to issue me with an invoice. Please avoid.

Poor contact, I was doing all the chasing. Flooring cut short in places, new shower fitted leaking. Jack advised date to fit bath panel and towel rail then cancelled. Has worked out very expensive because I have paid for a heated towel rail and bath panel that has not been supplied or fitted. When job was agreed in June, Jack said he was fully booked for 2 weeks, now August and no sign of completion and no contact from him. Would I recommend Bathly Plumbers? NEVER

It is true and I have ALL photo evidence of the job you did. Also video evidence of you saying you took photos as that’s what you do when you’ve finished a job. You never asked for any money and you only spoke to my partner on the stairs. We were in the living room when you left. Plus why would I pay you on the first day when as you said it was a 4 day job but it was supposed to be a 2/3 day job. You’ve done hundreds of pounds worth of damage.
