A quick, efficient and friendly set of guys. I had them in to clean and paint my mums fence, and then she asked them to do some jet washing and further painting around the garage. Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. I was apprehensive appointing someone through a website, but so glad I did Carl was great, from a very informative initial meeting and then estimate all the way through to completion of 1 ensuite, 1 small family bathroom and 1 small downstairs toilet. Chris contacted as quickly and came the same day to visit for a quote and to give advice on the projects we were proposing. Both the advice and the work were excellent. The job was finished when expected - there was a delay with a part but this was due to a third party - Chris managed the ordering and chasing of this and returned to finish the last section of the job promptly.

Graham from start to finish carries out a very efficient and professional job. Popped out to quote and explain the work that needed to be done and then carried out the work in good time. Worktop was transformed back to new and looks stunning. Graham protected all surfaces throughout to avoid any damage and dust and tidied up perfectly afterwards. A fantastic job. Nice guy too!

This problem turned out to be quite a bit trickier than expected. I was delighted with the final result and hope to use this trademan again. The bill was very reasonable all things considered.

We hired Gowan PM to decorate our first project of 7 apartments. They are so much more than your average tradesmen; multi skilled, (great tiling and bathroom installation) tidy (put our team to shame), when we changed a main colour they were fab and just took it in their stride. We forget to order materials so they collected it for us. The quality of the work is second to none and has been admired by all. I have no doubt that it will be their work will sell our project. A huge thank you, now our 1st choice.
