I posted this job on Rated People on Saturday Feb 8th and the first response was from Paul and he came around to assess the job the following day. Competitive price agreed and date agreed for the work. Paul is polite and has good experience and great integrity. Work completed Feb 13th as agreed. Very pleased with experience. Cannot fault the service I got from Peter. He came the next day to give me a quote for a new garden gate and two days later the job was done. Peter was pleasant, polite and very professional. Would not hesitate to use again.

I am really please with the qualiy of the work that Andy and his team put into the landscaping of my garden. They listened to what I wanted and offered some useful enhancements. They were always friendly and left things pretty tidy at the end of each day. The additional bits I wanted added to the cost but thats to be expected (it was itemised) and it did improve on the overall apperance of the job. Most days they arrived as schedulled. Overall I am very pleased with the work and would use them again.

I employed Marc and Paul to build a large extension to my home, which involved a large garage conversion, with first floor extension. Having heard so many horror stories about builders, I was anxious, however Paul and his team did a fantastic job, within the agreed budget, and within the agreed timescale. They worked extremely hard, and started promptly at 8am each day. The standard of work carried out was excellent. At all times they were polite, tidy and did everything possible to complete the job on time. I think they really set the benchmark for good builders, and I would highly recommend them for any kind of building work.

Chris did a fantastic job of replacing my old fence panels with new one's, price was very fair, it wasn't a straight forward job and he didn't stop until it was perfect, kept me informed every step of the way, cleaned everything up and took away all the old fencing panels, would highly recommend Chris and would not hesitate to use him again for any future work

Very professional and pleasant to deal with. Turned up as arranged and completed the job there and then to a high standard. As a customer of Rated People do not be tempted to over-price your job as the tradesmen get charged according to the budget you set, which for a small job can be a large percentage of the price you pay him.

They set a date to come and quote the job but never turned up. After getting in touch with them again and rearranged stayed in all day waiting but still never turned up. They now don’t respond to my text messages, was very disappointed still have the gutter problem
