Matthew from Saxon and his co-worker did a very good and thorough job cutting back several trees and reducing much of the ivy that had completely covered our fencing and climbed into our tree. Very happy with the result and also like the fact that he keeps you informed about delays, when breaking for lunch, or talking through progress with the job and clarifying any questions during the works. I was over whelmed by the very early start which in this weather I can understand but how quickly this size of tree was removed worked non stop respected my neighbours property and cleared and removed all materials and logs no damage considering the size of tree.. Very professional outfit.Every member of the team took pride in what they did and did the work to the highest standard. Always turned up on time- I was always informed the day before any change. There were hitches - delay in delivery of bricks from the continent- but I was very well kept informed. There was a problem with one item that hadn’t been added to the castings and Scott offered to share the additional cost 50/50- that was very fair. Quality outfit,would use again.
