People all lovely:Val, very good at explaining the process, inspiring confidence with no hard sell, then Carl and Jamie, the most cheerful chaps to have around, very polite and considerate, nothing too much bother - completed ivy removal for me, hard- working and always ready to answer questions . Did their best with clear-up but still a lot of paint spatter everywhere despite their efforts. The finish not exactly what I had hoped - you may need to limit your expectations if you've got pebbledash.

He gave an honest estimate for the work and the time line needed to complete the project which he did on time. He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra.
