Pricing was extremely reasonable considering he travelled a distance to my location. We hired ES Electrical to fit our new Kitchen and also added a toilet and shower unit downstairs. AVOID! Mr Art 13 (father&son) ABANDONED our 7-room project. Started 2 beds and a wetroom that now needs redone. After 10 weeks and 50% of the quote PAID, no room was left usable. Gave constant excuses for delays: “prices doubled,” “faulty pipes,” etc. They told us they DON'T CUT CORNERS and explained how coving screws should be filled and sanded, yet they paint over screws, leaving drips on the walls, flooring laid on an uneven base they poured, tiling on a dirty dusty wall, using unfit materials, etc.

Nicolae was punctual, knowledgable and tidy! He tried to identify a leak (turns out the problem may be the washing machine rather than a problem with pipes). He helped rectify the washing machine. He tidied up after himself. Cannot fault him. I have already asked him to return to do other works in my home.

Ernest did a brilliant job in a basement bedroom where water had come in under the wooden floor because of poor damp proofing around the foot of the lightwell outside. About 25% of the floor areaway affected. He removed this deftly and installed new boards he had sourced. The match is really good. He is every bit as good as his CV suggests.

The job was to cut back a severely overgrown patch of garden. Chris & his team, Adrian & Cosmin, gave me a competitive quote, after coming to visit the site to assess what needed to be done.
